NFL is apparently considering these new ref unis for the Super Bowl….
Over the top complaining on this one. They set it up for this with the pregame hype about the officials. The chiefs get calls but this was not some egregious ref show. It's massively magnified because everyone now wants them to lose.
I wouldnt have put this one in the category of injustices. We see worse stuff than this on a near daily basis.
There were only going to be two results:
Bills win and everyone is ecstatic
Chiefs win and it's the refs fault

I’m sure it’s just chance that the bad calls go their way in every big spot. It’s magnified because it’s a pattern - and not random bad (good) luck
Sorry. Don’t agree. Plenty of games where the side is clear and doesn’t come down to horrific calls. Just bc people are noticing and it’s a thing now, doesn’t make it so when it happens, it’s ok
It’s an all time epic run of one sided officiating, amazing luck, self-perpetuating opponent choking, and yes, Chiefs capitalizing on this generational luck and favoritism
And it took an awful Josh performance to allow refs to swing it their way. Luck runs like this Are the norm.
It’s like the chances of someone winning the lottery twice are astronomical to that person. But of all the luck games with big prizes, it’s almost a certainty that will happen. So it’s not crazy that a team (this one) is having a multi year luckbox heaven aided by a billion dollar league who makes billions off that “luck”

Not arguing with any of that. Their line also holds on every play as there is only so much that can be called. The Rodgers Packers did this as well.
I mean I have been anti-Chiefs so many times I know this feeling. But on the flip side I do think it's unreasonable to attribute all of their success to some sort of massive ref conspiracy.
I thought both teams played pretty well tonight. The Bills massively overachieved this year. To even be in that game after Benford went out was an achievement. The Chiefs moved it at will tonight. Really impossible to deny that and all advanced stats back that up. That has literally zero to do with the officials.
