NFL YTD: 1-1 (-0.30*)
NCAA YTD: 16-15 (-0.15*)

Miami(-3)(-130) over New England (1*)
- - At the end of this season I definitely expect HC Bill Belichick with his bottom-tier staff and thin roster will have a .500 or losing record as the coach of New England since Tom Brady left, to go with his losing record in Cleveland without Tom Brady, and his losing record in New England before Tom Brady, and that road starts today facing young QB Tua who is 3-0 SU and ATS in these matchups.

San Francisco(-6') over Chicago (1*)
- - Simply put, I see a favorable situation for exploiting mismatches.

Tennessee(-5') over New York Giants (1*)
- - Gotta trust my stuff.

Minnesota(-1)(-120) over Green Bay(1*)
- - It is hard to trust Rodgers on the road early when he doesn’t trust the weapons he has available. If the Packers prevail, I think a big piece of the puzzle this day will be the hire of special teams coach Bisaccia paying immediate dividends.

Baltimore(-6') over New York Jets (1*)
- - Lamar betting on himself seems like the side to be with early on the journey, not late, and if that has any merit, no reason not to be on board here.

Carolina(Pk) over Cleveland (1*)
- -

New Orleans/Atlanta(Ov44) (1*)

Philadelphia(-5') over Detroit (1*)

Green Bay(-10) over Chicago (1 Biscuit)
- - I fully expected a struggle last week, and except for the play of the Packers safeties, almost all of the position grading metrics for the Packers were middling while those metrics for the Bears were well behind. I expect massive strides in prime time by a pissed off ball club that leaves no doubt in a game against a riled up sloth of Bears.

Detroit(Pk) over Washington (1*)

- - My cash is on Buffalo coming out with energy and execution worthy of an unusually favorable spot after besting the champs.

Minnesota(+3) over Philadelphia (1*)
- - The live dog here is going to have to have their belief taken from them.

Pittsburgh(+4') over Cleveland (1*)
- - In a Thursday game after the Brownies have only had a short while to absorb the horrible Jets loss, and without the Steelers having to face an elite QB, I look for Pittsburgh to muck up the game in a shoving match between AFC North rivals, and I'll take the generous points.

Green Bay(-9') over New England (1.5 Biscuits)
- - The crisp improvement in special teams and a win in Tampa tells me this team continues doing things very much the right way. New England is not the team coming to ambush the Packers.

New York Giants(-3)(+100) over Chicago (1.5*)
- - Chicago is going to New York to get to 3-1? Not if the Giants play anything like they have been playing. But now admitting just the thought of some atrocious weather equalizing things has me just a bit nervous.

Dallas(-3) over Washington (1.5*)
- - Washington going to Dallas to get right? Certainly a possibility in a divisional tilt, but not if Dallas continues playing anything like they have been playing. Simply put, Carson Wentz will not carry my cash in this one.

Detroit(-3)(-130) over Seattle (1*)
- - Scaling back only because of significant injuries, but not changing on the idea that Detroit does not crash here to 1-3.

Jacksonville(+6') over Philadelphia (1*)
- - Definitely belongs in my 5 plays in the Mock Hilton contest.

New England/Green Bay(Ov40) (1 Biscuit)
- -

Tennessee(+4) over Indianapolis (1*)
- - Tennessee will be right there at the finish and those points feel awfully generous.

Buffalo(-3)(-120) over Baltimore (1*)
- - Not an ideal spot for delivering a bounce back, but I will make much worse wagers over the course of the season than playing that ANGLE here with the difficult to exploit Bills.

Denver(-3)(-120) over Indianapolis (1*)
- - Never easy to win in Denver on 3 days rest. I believe in the last 15 years when the total is 49 or less, the visitor is 2-8 ATS with Denver winning by an average of 10ppg against an average line of Pickem . . . Don't see why this is a choice spot for Indy after tough games against KC and Tennessee, and QB Matt Ryan's love for holding onto the ball, unless the highly penalized new regime in Denver is sputtering or regressing
