2023 Postseason YTD: 3-5 (-2.40*)
Kansas City(-9) over Jacksonville (1*)
- - Andy Reid's coaching credentials are no greater than when the situation involves extra time to prepare his team. A still emerging Jacksonville team has been grinding hard for weeks to gain a spot in the tournament, and then mounted an historic comeback in frenzied Duval to advance further. -9 doesn't feel like value, but without a case of favorable matchups for Jacksonville to give me pause, I don't see the Jags taking on an energized and starving Chiefs team in what is quite possibly their only home game as being a favorable next step.

New York Giants(+8) over Philadelphia (1*)
- - I’ll call them lots of questions rather than issues arising around Philly late in the season. The double part question that IMO trumps any individual questions is whether the Eagles are one of those special groups that turns the switch back on big time, assuming they are able to produce mostly favorable answers to the individual questions. Regardless, I’ll then take the further step of answering that the Giants are looking to me like a team with designs on playing a game that offers resistance to being beat like a drum for a third time in the space of 42 days by their ancient division rival.
