He's made enough posts questioning my patriotism that while nice, his 'salute' doesn't really rise to the level of 'thanks.'

it was good to see teddy kennedy able to give a decent speech....the emotion was palpable.....
barack`s wife?......she leaves me cold..something`s off there for me....i don`t like her in any way shape or form.....
i don`t find her attractive....i found the sppeech to seem practiced and her every movement....every gesture seemed calculated....
what i got from this is that she grew up in a loving, middle-class family that saw to it she got a good education. ....her life has been one of joy except for the death of her father.....she has a husband who may be the next president, a 6-digit salary, and two beautiful healthy children....
yet she has a chip on her shoulder the size of gibraltar....
and then obama on the big screen with the kids saying, "i love you daddy"....
a little hard to take...so phucking phony and planned...but thats the way these conventions go..like theater...so,no biggie....

Well when even fox thinks she did well. Well you must not have received right talking points. I am not smart enough to say good or bad. But I would guess listening to all reports she did very well. Tall lady two nice kids. Well educated and very good speaker. Like I said time will tell if right words were put in speach to call it good or very good.

That fact that you find M. Obama's speech rehearsed, I think you will be in for a treat when the "do" aka "beehive" aka "cheerleader" gets up to give her "talk" to the like kind audience with a token african american/latino (wearing a Uncle Tom for McFossil ((thanks Matt)) or Juan for John button) flashed smiling proudly on corporate tv. That frozen popsicle's entire life has been rehearsed and lip sinced.
What you won't get from the "prom queen" talk tee hee is how everything has been handed to her and how she has never had to face anything major in her life other than a hangnail in 3rd grade. Do you think the rich bitch will allow the the fact to be left on the table??? No f'ing way. She will turn herself into the victim and the American electorate has been proven dumb enough to buy it.
The frozen bitch will give completely insincere and totally disingenous compliments to M. Obama's achievements. Will she mean them? No. She will acknowledge them but then turn around and say that when M. Obama was given this great opportunity through affirmative action, was she proud of the USA? No she was not. In other words, the rich bitch will say in so many words, M. Obama should have been down on her knees every day thanking God and the USA the her greatgrandparents were brought to this country as slaves so that she could benefit from their misery.
Can M. Obama say this in response. No. Political death. Can't use the slavery argument and the party of great evil knows it. Is it the truth? Absolutely, that for a long time the scales needed to be balanced for past wrongs and things now a days are getting a lot better.
Does she know what it is like to grow up in poverty? No. She will subtley use them to show that M. Obama questioned her loyalty to the USA and the daddy's rich little girl never, ever, ever, did.
This is how the cards will be played. Don't hold it against me because I'm rich. I am a loyal American. M. Obama bettered herself and she should be proud and she is a good person. She is now rich. She should be thankful and she should be a loyal American but she isn't.
I think that would be the theme of the cupie doll's address. Let's see how unrehearesed this one comes off. Last point Gary, I'm glad you don't like M. Obama. I would be quite surprised if you did. I mean after all, she is a lawyer and she is intelligent. You don't seem to associate with either on this board.
