OK, cool, thx for the info, boys. One hell of a win by the Swede!

Kick, you think Stu Feiner gave out Kohlschreiber to his clients?

Kick,

You're the king of tennis dogs....why in the world didn't you take a flyer on Soderling today? As a current follower of your plays I'm severely disappointed. Just kidding. :mj07:

Lately, the chicks haven't been treating us too well. Yesterday, it was Wozniacki gagging away the third leg of a parlay after serving with two game points and a 4-0 lead in the first set. How she managed to lose that set and every bit of her momentum, I'll never know. Then today, Szavay doesn't show and Na Li fails to close out Sharapova after breaking to go up 4-2 in the decider. Those were tough, but I'm sure you will bounce back. Best of luck....

Looking forward to any plays you may have brewing for Day 9. :)

Robredo is 3-0 lifetime vs Kohlwhatever; knowing he's an all year round clay specialist, and him being spanish, i took the -115 for a medium play.

On another note, i will take (sadly) a miracle for federer not winning the tournament; never could stand the guy ( altough he's a damn fine player). Nadal making him cry filled my heart with joy.

:nono: :nono:

Plenty of people dislike his demeanour

If he wins this french open, i will have to concede he's the best player EVER

If he doesn't,....PARTY TIME BABY ! :mj06:

This Nadal debacle is surprising , considering his 2009 clay record, and the way he atomised Hewitt 2 days ago.

But i fear his body ( knees) starts to really break down...Nadal might not be around much longer...his game was almost INHUMAN. :(

It was fun while it lasted.

Thanks alot Ghost Kid....I got home just in time for lunch to catch the end of that one. I almost had a coronary because it was such a big $$ swing if Cirstea came up short. She was right there with Jankovic the whole match, and deserved it for her valiant performance, but so many times you see the big fave pull it out in the end. VERY happy the Romanian held strong, even though she struggled mightily with nerves in trying to close it out! That one felt really nice because I was having a rough go of it in the earlier matches today.

Thanks Kick. Cirstea really staved off a bad day for me....even when counting Roddick as a loss. And I don't think that is too early to call. :mj07:

Better luck tomorrow. I'll still be looking for your plays if you've got any.

I can't believe Federer is close to a 4-1 favorite over Monfils :scared :scared  Monfils is rick rolling his way thru the draw and almost had King Fed last year here.

I was thinking the same.
Fed is pushing 28, while Monfils is a beast at 22, and playing on his favourite surface.
He was lucky today vs Haas; his mouvement on clay is dodgy to say the least. Might be worth a close look.

I have a medium/ small play on Stosur ending Cirstea's dream run ( 5/6)
