Article 1
A runner may pass backward at any time (3-21-4).
(a) An offensive player may catch a backward pass or recover it after the pass touches

Funny how they covered there asses and ruled it an illegal FORWARD pass, which I thought is total BS

wtf did the refs call?...that went 5 yards backwards?...

looking at the penalties and the timing of the penalties,now we know....

what other explanantion is there for reviewing a play that doesn`t matter in the outcome of the game...after the game....

and making up a reason to take a score off the board?....

And 1 of the 2 SD penalties was the phantom forward lateral. I watched Harrison get held all game and not even one flag. 13 calls on one team in any game is unreal. Hell SD got 7 points from another phantom pass int. call on Clarke when he wasnt near the receiver. Just unreal.

Honestly, if you guys are complaining about a loss because of a forward pass at the end of the game, then you need to not blame the call, but your capping skills. It was a miracle and luck that it came to that point anyway.

I had no bet on the game, so don't tell me I'm picking sides.

actually i had pitt in a teaser and won(miraculously given the referees)...and as usual.you miss the entire point...

try rereading some of the posts on the game..and then come back and try and discuss the issue...
