After having my daughter change her flight out of Charleston from Thurs to Weds (she was already coming home for a wedding), Southwest cancelled everything out of CHS for the week. Had to book her on American Airlines at full boat retail to get her home. They ended up with almost nothin down there. Seems worst of it was more inland.

1 cut it enough off the sidewalk to make it safe ..

finished it off once the winds died down and took it to the dump when it opened this morning.

small debri from the other 3 trees but nothing major..our gusts at the house never got over 50 I don't think

gotta rake:mad: and cut once we dry out..4 more hours of thunderstorms tonite

we were extremely lucky .......my heart cries for those to the South of us..

I have been flooded out and taken to safer grounds....we could return to our home .

Loss of life,displaced folks and homes destroyed all associated with another one of these horrible

weather disasters.

That is great news Sir. Glad to hear. That cherry limb could have been some good smoking wood if you had room on your property to let it dry out and cure. But that is the least of your thoughts I am sure. Hope storms tonight are light.

Be gentle with kickserver. I was told kickservers mom planned a surprised birthday party for him. Alyssa rsvp'ed as a NO. Then Anderson Cooper got stuck in waist high water and didn?t make it. The plans were to play some pool. So it was just kickserver and Nikki Sixx that left them with only four pockets instead of six. Mom tried to make it up by sending them to the movies. That would devastate any 44 yr old man living in his mom?s basement. :shrug:
