We just stayed at Flamingo as well. Love getting up, getting some coffee, and walking the gardens in the morning. Coffee place by the main elevators and jewelry store sucks because so weak they force you to have to get shot of espresso or 2 added just to be somewhat strong. You may like yours weak though.

I get there a full 24 hours before Smurph.

Once I get checked in and situated in the room I'm heading down the block for a 190 Octane. :0008

Then I'll head over to the Quad to checkout their sportsbook. I watched games a few years ago with Terryray when it was Imperial Palace and it was decent but since the remodel I heard it's a lot better so will see for myself.

We plan on ALL DAY Sportsbook football watching for Saturday and Sunday and want a decent place that's generous with the drink tickets, has good service, and has good viewing. We plan on watching with Hedman and Dr Feelgood as well.

Flamingo sportsbook is half decent and might be watching there. Who knows :shrug:

After The Quad I'm gonna jump on the Monorail and head to the Hilton. I keep hearing that it's the best place so will check it out once again. Smurphy isn't too fond of the place for some reason but I'm checking it out again anyway.

Any suggestions?

This "work" trip is working out nicely. I will have dinner plans on Monday night, but would love to meet up later that night as well. I've got nothing but ball for Saturday and Sunday, my only plan is to try to stay sober enough to watch the Donkeys open the season Sunday night. Looking forward to it!!

Yes, I used my rapid reward points. They were so old I had to use them by the end of September or lose them.

This "work" trip is working out nicely. I will have dinner plans on Monday night, but would love to meet up later that night as well.
