kerber was playing like garbage and coco had already had success vs gaby - also the potential that muguruza's injury affected her more than we could tell and added to coco's confidence level
either way don't think there's any way she plays to thisvlevel in the semis

it looks to me that nadal's overall level of health is the main difference in his level of play
also, last time dimitrov was in a big spot like this one against a big name he was blasted by Murray 1, 2 and 2 in the r16 at us open
not saying i advocate laying 240 but also not sure the return is an incredible bargain either
