Im ridin’ with cd AGAIN…. Was on bengals all week but started having second thoughts yesterday about this game. This game sets up as a major screw job and a Vegas wipe out. Bengals is the obv play. A hot burrow against a Pitt team going in the wrong direction. So I’m gonna call bullshit , bet Pitt and ride with cd AGAIN !

Yeah, Dog...it's tough going against Joe Burrow, but as good as he's playing, Bengals are still barely getting by. Pittsburgh needs a win in the worse way. They've played like shit the past few weeks and Tomlin has been in their face all week. I think the crappy weather benefits the Steelers, too. Plus, they are underdogs. But like you always say...who knows for sure? Just hope the luck stays with us through the NC and the Super Bowl!:smilies4

Don't you think the Steelers sit key players if the Ravens win? What do they have to gain? Don't you think the book increases the spread if the Ravens win?

I don't understand why they scheduled the games like they did. Suppose the CLE/BAL game was played late and the Steelers game played early. In that case if the Steelers lost the Ravens would be able to rest players. I think both games should have been played at the same time.

What am I missing?

You guys could be right but depending on what Denver and Chargers do might change that.

Steelers have been playing like shit, Tomlin needs to get them going and are awarded The "Texans bye" if they win!

Jack...you bring up a good point. Personally, I think Tomlin wants a win, regardless of the circumstances. They have lost 3 games in a row, giving up 30 points per game. That's no way to enter the playoffs. I might be wrong, but I'm betting they go after this one with all they got. And hey...if they sit Russel Wilson, that might be an upgrade.

And your second point is very valid...if the Ravens win (if? 20 point fav...lol), the Books very well could increase the spread. But then again, I think they have already taken that in account with the current line...then, if the Cleveland Stinks would somehow happen to win...then you would see the big adjustment in the line.
