I wonder how many more crappy teams Kobe will have to beat single-handedly this season?

Mike D'Antoni on Kobe's 3s from last night: "Most people would be lucky to make one of those in a career. He made 3 in one night"

"The hell if I know," Bryant said when asked, 'How long can you keep this up?' after putting up 41 points and 12 assists in the Lakers' 118-116 OT win over the Toronto Raptors on Friday. "I don?t know. I know I have a determination that I don?t think anybody that I line up against on any given night, I don?t think they?ll be able to out-will me. I just refuse to believe that."

Kobe's pep talk:

?Emotional?! I?ll talk to him,? Bryant said, while seeming a bit exasperated. ?Just go out there and bust they ass. Show them what they?re missing.?

The guy underneath the basket who used to wave a Superman cape on free throws is dressed in all green and has a cape which says "Kryptonite"

Lakers from 1 pt doggie to 3 pt fav? I smell a huge middle opportunity being pounced on by the wizeguys.

Dwight had a career night last night, Hawks back at home a lil pissed at the beatdown last night and remarks from their coach may have them a lil lambasted.

Kobe may have DW's type night tonight.

Crazy crazy line, hard to mess with the surge Lakers are on.

HH? Wut you think?

Josh Smith doubtful and Teague out...

I think that is probably the big reason for the line move.

Hard to go against the Lakers right now, that's all I think! They are old though, and may struggle tonight against the younger more athletic Hawks, but with Zaza out too... front court is strugs...

When Petro is in your starting line-up, there may be issues. Dwight should have a field day. Only way Hawks win is to shoot lights out from the three point line, in my opinion. Which, they are pretty good at doing.

Will be interesting to see! Personally, staying away from this one and I am really picking spots to go against the Lakers at this point - rare spots :)

good luck

It's an enticing game to play, I'm holding my trigger back though for some odd reason and instinctly when I saw -1 Hawks and the pundits naming Hawks as their super play, I'm like, ok Lakers will cover the 1 and win by a trey, but now a 3 pt fav? Geesh!! I think I'll just watch it along with the other 10 games going on at the same time tonight, LOL!

Thanks HH!!

I like Dirk's beard? Maybe when they get to .500 he will keep it as a superstition...

OK, really, he looks like a castaway. But, whatever works!

Who would you rather play in the playoffs - the Lakers or the Mavericks?

That is not really even a question...

Lakers, if they get in the 8th spot my Cavs have the right to swap miamis pick (Lebron Trade)with theirs in the draft.

Well.... that probably sealed the deal then. I grew up in Ohio, and as Ohio sports fans, we KNOW that we can't ever get lucky, haha.
