The Mavericks have their clippers ready tomorrow...

Although it would have been more fitting if they had gotten to do it against the Clippers, hmmm.

Hey Jess, what did I miss? Why have you stopped posting your plays? Hope you have just been too busy. Thanks, and continued success.

Hey Wineguy - sorry, just seeing this now. Long story short, was tired of the BS spouted by some negative poster on this board. Not hard to guess who.

After the Jazz loss last night, the Lakers now have a 56.7% chance to make the playoffs. Utah: 41.6%. Dallas: 2%.

Should be interesting down the stretch! The Lakers have the tougher schedule.

Metta World Peace will play tonight, less than two weeks after having surgery on his left knee.

Wow, crazy!

Kobe syndrome. It is hard to miss a game with a blister when Kobe is your teammate. Lol.

haha - true!

Metta was in rare form last night - he had this to say about his speedy recovery:

"My knee was like, 'Don't worry. Just keep going.' My knee was talking to me. My knee talked. My knee was just like, 'You know what? You're doing good. You're doing good, Metta.' My knee calls me, 'Metta.' It said, 'You're doing good, Metta. Just keep going, keep working, keep working and just stay ready. Just be ready to go. Don't worry about me.' My knee said, 'Don't worry about me.' Because I was worried about my knee. I was like, 'Knee, are you alright?' And my knee said, 'Hey don't worry about me. I'm alright.' We talk, we bond. I said, 'It don't feel alright. It's kind of sore right now.' My knee said, 'Stop acting like a little wuss and play.' So I did. So I played."

Lakers 71% chance they make playoffs
Jazz 29%

Dallas...out, in a bad fashion.

Lakers have GS, SA and Houston all at home to end the season. Jazz have a home and home with Minny and then at Memphis. Think Lakers have the edge having the 1 game lead!

I think they have the edge as well - I will say this, if the Lakers are out of it by the last game - I will bet whatever is in my account on Houston - The Lakers NEVER play well when the end has arrived. That goes with any last game in any playoff series when the end is unavoidable.
