WTF Crook...both leafs and habs go down last night

Ya I put some action plays on the Leafs twice this year, and both times they lost...they have only lost 3 all year. Honestly, I usually have pretty nice runs with overs in the NHL as well. But this year is different with the same teams playing each other continuously, and so many back to backs against the same team. I am trying to see how things settle, if I get it running nicely I will pop over to the NHL board.

Back to soccer, Roma just absolutely shredded Verona in the 1st half. They play Juve nice week, I already have that one circled for some goals!

I am going Over with Everton/Leeds this week, just don't know exactly how I am going to play it yet. I remember the last time they met vividly. I was all over this match, and I remember Kid was loaded on this one as well. Both teams came in HOT, and they were flying all over the pitch and couldn't find the net. The ball was pinballing off posts, guys were missing point blank it was an absolute shit show. Fuck it, I am going to take a stab at it again, and make my money back lol. Leeds has been finding the net lately, Everton just got shutout but I think we see goals here. I will be back soon with a play.:popcorn2

LEEDS/EVERTON OVER 2.5/3 - 130
Not to much to this one, it doesn't line up as the strongest play as far as how I break things down, but it still qualifies. As noted earlier I vividly remember getting burned by these 2 squads, and I want to get that money back! Leeds is coming in on back to back multi game efforts, and they are generally flying around the pitch. The team plays attacking football, and should create chances. Everton hasn't been too impressive lately, but I can see them notching at least a goal, looking for a 2-1 or 2-2 final.

ITALY

ATALANTA/NAPOLI OVER 2.5/3 - 125
I ran the table last week in Copa, and in Serie A on the weekend. I am hoping to keep the momentum going here. As far as Copa goes these teams have been lighting it up. They average a combined 6.5 goals , ranked 1st & 3rd in scoring in the tournament, as well as top 5 in shots, and shots on target. Tomorrow is a big semi final match which can make things tight, but these teams only know one way, and that is attacking football. Napoli has notched 2 goals or more in 4 of their last 5 and have scored 13 goals in the last 4 matches. We all know what Atalanta is capable of. I saw their game on the weekend vs Lazio, and they looked shitty for extended periods. For the most part they have been finding the net with ease, and I look for that to continue here. The history of this affair features goals, 4 of the last 5 meetings have ended with 3 goals or more. I will take my chances that we get at least 3.

Also put in Roma/Juventus over 2.5/3 -130 I can break that one down later.

I usually am pretty disciplined with the prices I will pay on the totals. For the most part I try to keep it at -150 or under. I am pretty comfortable laying the juice on this short total.

Dog shit game, Tottenham sucks they looked awful. I figured Chelsea would get 2 themselves, and they sure had chances to do it. I used to do a lot of my damage in EPL, now I am finding it increasingly more difficult to navigate. Going to take another stab though.

EPL
MAN UTD / EVERTON OVER 2.5 - 150

SERIE A
JUVE/ROMA OVER 2.5/3 - 130

I will probably find another play or two sitting just under .500 on the week so far, looking to get back in the green this weekend.

Adding

SERIE A
SASS/SPEZIA OVER 2.5 - 120

I think both teams are going to feel like they can get a win from this game. Sass has really cooled off, but I think this is a good spot for them to find the net. Spezia is at the bottom of the league in defensive efficiency away from home. In their last two away games they have given up 8 goals. A look at the schedule log shows Spezia has give up a ALOT of multi goal games to opponents when they hit the road. Spezia did get blanked last game out against Udinese but they found the net 11 times in the 3 games (all competitions) before that so they are capable. Sass has notched in 9 in a row, I feel we see at least 3 here. Not my favorite play of the week, and I generally don't play totals with teams near the bottom of the standings because they are generally pretty shitty. With that said I will take a stab here, its a gut play if anything.

SERIE A
ROMA/JUVENTUS OVER 2.5/3 - 130

This one sets up nicely. Huge tilt in Serie A with both teams chasing the top of table, and right up each others ass in the standings. Juventus rolls in scoring 2 goals or more in their last 4 matches. Roma's most recent form is nice as well as they have scored 7 in their last 2 times out. Two weeks ago they hit a roadblock and were clean sheeted in back to back games, other wise Roma have been money as far as scoring and overs are concerned. Their matches have seen 3 or more goals in the last 6 games. We have two teams near the top of 5 in many scoring metrics that matter to me, shots, shots on target, goals, and crosses. These teams average over 4 goals a game guys, I see value in the line when you add it all up. Recent history is also showing that there have been 3 goals or more in the last 3 matches between these two, they like to open it.

EPL
MAN UTD/EVERTON OVER 2.5 - 150

Like I said earlier in the week, I used to do a lot of damage in the EPL, but I have found the last few weeks to be increasingly difficult to navigate. I like this one though, LOTS of front end scoring talent in this match. I feel for all the talent Everton has they lack consistency, and tend underwhelm in a lot of performances. They have strung 2 multi goal games together in a row, and I am counting on the trend to continue. I think I can count on Everton for at least a goal here if not 2 , they do average over 1.5 per game. On the flip side, Man Utd just shredded Southampton who had to play 89 min down a man. Man UTD is now the #1 scoring team in the EPL, and #1 in shots on target. I like the chances of 3 goals in this one.

There you have it, let's see where this goes, I am just under .500 on the week so far.

Phew! Took a while to get that 3rd goal, I started getting worried. The flow of this game went exactly as I figured it would. Always nice to get the early bird win to start the day.

Well took 2 of 3, the Juve/Roma game narrowly missed a 3rd goal. Nonetheless, another winning day. If I find another tmrw I will post

New week, new beginning. Last week was nothing special , cooled off but still won more than a lost which is always the goal!

FA CUP
MAN UTD/WEST HAM OVER 2.5 -154
I am not much of a League Cup guy, we know Kid runs that scene over here and if I dabble in those waters I usually look to him. But, I can't ignore the fact that Man Utd just put in 12 goals in the last 2 games :scared. I am not sure what the lineups will be, but Man Utd is deep, and when they get going like this they can go on nice lengthy runs of overs. West Ham is proficient, they scored in 8 games in a row until Fulham blanked them on the weekend. I think I can get at least 3 in this game. The line has been dropping and just reeled into a price I am willing to pay.

Also played in Serie A - Milan/Spezia over and Atalanta/Cagliari over I will have something on those later in the week.

AC MILAN/SPEZIA OVER 2.5 - 150

This one looks good to me. Not much needs to be said about AC Milan, they are generally a scoring machine, and rank in the top 5 in Serie A in most of the of team offensive categories. They come into this off a 4-0 win vs Crotone. On the other side we have Spezia outfit that has been pretty entertaining lately. I have seen a few of their recent games, and watched the entire last match vs Sass (won the over on that one). Spezia has scored 2 or more goals in 4 of the last 5 games. They have been playing really free spirited, and as a result many of their matches in recent weeks have been higher scoring affairs. They game last week vs Sassuolo was wide open, and Sass squandered ALOT of chances. Spezia better be careful, because ACM will make them pay. Spezia has given up 2 or more goals to pretty much all the top tear teams they played this season, including 4 to both Roma and Juventus. I see Milan getting 2 or 3, and Spezia pitching in with another. They actually average nearly 1.5 goals per game so I think we can count on them if needed.

I like this one guys, not much else stands out to me for tomorrow. Also have Atalanta over in Sunday, I will get to that next.

SERIE A - JUVENTUS/NAPOLI OVER 2.5 -110
This one is a risky play, I sat on the fence on this for awhile. Both of these teams have really good defensive #'s, they are the top 2 teams in Serie A as far as goals conceded with 18 & 21 a piece. This is why the line is so low. Juventus hasn't given up a goal in 3 games in Serie A, but 2 of those clean sheets were against Sampdoria and Bologna which doesn't impress me much. Despite the defensive efficiency of these teams, when you look at this from the offensive analytics, I think there is value in the price. Both teams are in the top 5 of pretty much every offensive category, and they average a combined 4+ goals per game. Napoli has a nice goal scoring record at home. This is one of those matches where it could go 0-0 or they could light it up. I will take my chance at this price that we see 3 goals. As I write this the line has just moved up to -125, so it looks like the late money is steaming up if that counts for anything?

Sorry not my week guys , been awhile since I have stumbled. How fitting spezia hits the crossbar literally at the last second of the game. ACM didn't show up, Spezia brought it as expected.
