Here
U R right guys, it all started 3 years ago for a DWLS and a felony poss. Since that time and $$$ spent on one of the best attorneys in town and 5 felony VOP's with new charges each time for a grand total of 28 charges including 9 fel. I feel lucky to be where I'm at today. This place has gone off the chain. 36 years and never arrested and now the last 3 years 7 times. Think before moving to Pinellas County. :padlock:

I guess breaking federal law (gambling) isn't a felony

do you know how easy it is to be charged with a felony? you probably don't know much about the law.

You're also an idiot. But anyone who has read your past posts knows that, so that isn't groundbreaking information.

Heaven, oh!!, this isn't it?!
Funny, I was moreso waiting for "Think before you get high and drive without a license". Have fun next time when you kill an innocent person.

Did he kill someone? :scared :SIB
I'm not sure what exactly he did with all of the "initials" for the crimes he committed, but I can think of alot worse crimes against humanity than gambling and smokin weed?

I guess some A-holes have opinions, and some opinions have A-holes, but for every "Judge/Jury" comment in here without any empathy, is just useless dribble:violin:

From what I can take from Gators original post/follow up, I see "some" remorse and thoughtfullness, and that is a start. What he does from here, is what really matters. Good luck with that Gator :)....

Saint, I'm not lookin for a war with you, I just used your comment as an example of the thoughts of many, who jump on the guilty, without hearing the story. Now on the other hand, if he is driving around totally stoned, selling drugs to kids, without regard for anyone but himself, then I agree with your comment. I just dont think we know the whole deal here yet. I invite Gator to come forward with it:shrug: if he so chooses...
My two cents :com:

Never charged with driving under the influence. Got a divorce a few years back and resorted to stimulants. Been clean over 8 months now, attend AA meetings 5 days a week, and have a sponsor. One positive thing I see here is my problem is curable, but you will never change the fact your an a-hole. :moon:

Hey, I'm glad the guy cleaned up. But when does someone like this learn their lesson. After their 5th arrest? 6th arrest? 7th arrest? Everyone falls on hard times at some point, but when is there ever personal responsibility? Someone who gets arrested that many times and who can't see the writing on the wall has no right to complain about criticism of them on a public messageboard. I guess you guys find it amusing, I personally don't.

The whole point is no other human being has the right to citicize another person about the law, because who here is perfect? And when you crticize somebody about breaking the law when you are participating in a gambling message board is beyond hypocritical. And by rule he served his time which was his "debt to society" to pay..the end...people are so ignorant.

yeah ignorant...sort of like equating online gambling to 7 arrests for driving under the influence of controlled substances and without a license. I don't put other peoples lives on the line when i gamble moron. Can't say the same for this guy.

I guess you can't read either?

no, moreso don't care about spending all day reading the drivel.

MJs used to be a fun place to come read funny, light-hearded stuff from a fun group of guys/gals.

I don't know what happened to this place, but now it's full of miserable people who get offended at the drop of a hat.

Whoa now... just saying you can't jump to such conclusions and judge Gator. He started a thread saying - hey I'm back from jail - maybe some people were missing him around here and wondering about him??

What's so wrong with that - I think there are plenty of good funny people here still. Don't know who is miserable and offended, but sometimes opinions differ and people should be able to express what they feel without being "offended and miserable". I'm certainly not offended by our differing opinions!

gl saint - you'll be OK I think - I wasn't trying to be rude to you, just think you shouldn't be judgmental...people encounter all sorts of obstacles in life, sometimes circumstances that they wish they could avoid but can't, and that doesn't mean they are bad people :)
