just checked my 7.5 pound pork butt that's been smoking since 930pm last night. temp steady on at 250. smoking until interior temp is 190-200 then i'll wrap tightly in foil and towels and put it in a cooler until about 4pm today when i pull it and try that baby out. i'm guessing i'll be smoking it until 11-12 today.

went out about 20 minutes ago and opened the lid for the first time to set my thermometer and the internal temp was 205 already. THAT was fast. foiled that bad boy until dinner time. :toast:

I am SO PROUD I made the list here. Considering I have so little time to drink and post, it's a true honor and accomplishment I've been able to be included.

I note nobody has opened the bar yet, so I will tend bar tonight. Wife is gone until Sunday, I'm on a diet for two weeks, most of my favorite alcohols are low in carbs, so, I'll be padding my posts in hope of moving up the impressive ladder.

Who needs one tonight! I'm on #6, after watching my boy's VFW baseball squad win a doubleheader this afternoon. He made two sweet scoops at 1B, saving a couple runs.
