I was going to do the salmon tomorrow too. Went to Sam's and had all kinds of good stuff but found out they don't take credit cards and had to take my shrimp, scallops and salmon off the cart because I only had $86 in cash :sadwave:

I have only paid company check there, ever. I figured they would take amex or visa. nope.

So, I'll be doing the 6 pound brisket flat starting about 6am tomorrow :toast:
