Antioxidants and good for balancing your alkaline levels.

The shake is quite tasty. It's not as tasty as a straight berry/fruit smoothie, obviously, but it is not offensive and the benefits are pretty big.

Heading to a beer launch party at the Taproom with Mrs. Dawgball for the launch of French Broad Brewery beers in Nashville.

I am sure to have at least one of the Stoudt's beers on tap, though.
