Funny I was just thinking about that.

I few years ago I did 4 racks on a kettle grill. All I used was salt and pepper and mopped them with vinegar cut with water. No smoke.

They were some of the best ribs I ever tasted.

There's a glut of bugs (lobsters) up here this year so boat prices are really low.....the middle man and shippers havent lowered their price so retail is still high.............

I figured. Working stiffs get jobbed because they don't have the means to ship them nationally.
