I'm on one of those myself but I just started January 5. I've lost 18 but hit a plateau and have been stuck at 18 for a whole week now. I imagine you have hit a couple of those, how long does it usually last for you?
I hit probably 4-5. The last one lasted about 3 weeks maybe a little longer. I was stuck at 195 then all of a sudden was down to 191. You just have to work thru it. The more you lose the harder it is.
Sometimes I work out 3 hours at a time. When I hit the last plateau I changed my workout routine and went to all cardio for a week. It worked.
Yes you have to work through them, that's for sure. That's where I have given up in the past and you can't do that because once you bust through it starts coming off quick again.
You must be skinny now. Great job!

I have 3 sets of clothes. My fat clothes, my skinny clothes, and my "I have to lose 15 pounds" regular clothes. I'm in between the reg and fat right now. The fat are loose and the regs are snug. :lol:

Cleaned out the closet and everything went to salvation army. I had brand new stuff with tags still on them. :facepalm:
Got fitted for my new eyes yesterday and with the weight loss no one will recognize me!
