I'll be at it for a couple more hours.....then I will pay the price tomorrow when I have to work a double shift (9am to midnight).
:toast: How's the real estate market down there bud. Taking your advice and moving south. Looking at Georgia but wouldn't mind the Keys. Probably looking at a year and a half from now maybe two.

Market is depressed but realestate is still out of sight. A piece of dirt that a run down mobile home sits on with maybe enough room to park 2 vehicles will cost ya $200K.

NEW YORK - American men still don't pull their weight when it comes to housework and child care, but collectively they're not the slackers they used to be. The average dad has gradually been getting better about picking himself up off the sofa and pitching in, according to a new report in which a psychologist suggests the payoff for doing more chores could be more sex.
