i'm about exactly where you are, not really drunk. 6 mickeys :00hour

i go back to strict diet for 3 months starting thursday. only going to drink on saturdays during that period.

1500 cals a day for 3 months except saturday when i have a 12 pack of bud light and a 12" ham sub from subway. that's about 1800 cals.

gonna exercise this time too!

the 3 months will go by fast and will be worth it.

Being retired is great but to be honest I'm getting bored. taking a seasonal spot for the summer and have to meet the board on Thurs nite so none for me!!
