no, still here in Memphis,

When I do get back to new orleans, I bring an ice chest and buy 50#'s of shrimp.

Pop off the heads and freeze them in ziploc bags.

:nono: :nono: :nono: :nono:

use a mix called PRO BOIL, which is a seasoned powder.

add a couple of Zataran's seasoned bags

cayenne pepper,

and liquid Zataran's shrimp and crab boil

I have a turkey pot I boil in, fill it halfway up, put in seasoning,

when comes to rolling boil, drop in shrimp.

when shrimp start to float, usually about 3-4 minutes, CUT OFF heat,

then I put ice in the pot to STOP cooking process and let them soak for about 30 minutes.

If you overcook, shells will stick to meat and can't peel worth a damn.

Throw them on the grill they taste ten times better than they do boiled.
#4 and 65 wings on the grill and its a race for the sunlight. All that wing talking sucked me in. Let a buddy move in who was down on his luck and he just clean something in his room with a thinner , acetone or sum shit loke that. Told me not to worry about a smell i might smell. Its so strong i think the paint is peeling off of my walls. If you ever have a friend down on his luck just run from the fuker. I should have listen to Old School. Just should have listen.:com:

48 wings and 4 beers. Left the one grill on high and forgot about it. Tried to give it a boast. Buddy was outside reading a book or some shit five feet from the grill and somehow never notice a thing.

They have a great barbeque sauce. Every kind of sauce or marinade I have bought from them has been down right tasty. You can find it in most supermarkets in the NE.

Try it out, pretty good stuff.

Says him and his kid have that ADD bullshit disease. I think its right under the restless legs syndrome for phony illnesses. I use to have that ADD and my old mans famous kick in the ass cured that shit right up. No Ritalin back them. His kid wants to know how i got those 15 wings so crispy and so much earlier then the ones i just took off the grill :142smilie
