use a mix called PRO BOIL, which is a seasoned powder.

add a couple of Zataran's seasoned bags

cayenne pepper,

and liquid Zataran's shrimp and crab boil


I have a turkey pot I boil in, fill it halfway up, put in seasoning,

when comes to rolling boil, drop in shrimp.

when shrimp start to float, usually about 3-4 minutes, CUT OFF heat,

then I put ice in the pot to STOP cooking process and let them soak for about 30 minutes.

If you overcook, shells will stick to meat and can't peel worth a damn.

lawtchan, do you eat them cold? I don't like hot shrimp but love them cold. Any sauce with them?

The roomate is not new but don't think i havent thought of that. I have someone getting me his phone records for that night(the month) but unfortunately the guy getting me the phone records, wife got real sick and they had to fly out to see a specialist for a rare cancer. I hear she is okay but i didn't want to bother him. Gonna call him tomorrow. What is funny he called me right when i left that night and two times during the heist. Never called me before from work. I know it wasn't him but was it someone he knows? These pricks were waiting behind my fence when i split. My buddy was calling me from work to get me to run and get him a six pack. Was he calling me to get me the hell out of the house cause these guys were getting edgy? I have a good friend of mine watching him at work because he was on the same job. I have to either eliminate him from the list or accuse him. He better hope he is clean cause i will make his life unbearable. Its not easy playing nicey nice with him.

Sponge there is such a thing as being nice and being a chit magnet. You have to distance yourself from the people that are going to steal from you.

it was a rare time in life were i was very vunerable so i let him move in. Just never thought it out.
