Wallace only attacked Artest because he knew Artest is a prick and did it on purpose.If that was Croshere,then Wallace would have walked away.
Artest attacked the wrong fan and then once out of the stands he punched a fat guy right in face.He did nothing,but I am sure he mouthed of at Artest.

I am not talking about "talking trash", I mean persona attacks that have nothing to do with the game and the normal stuff that everyone expects.
The fan that threw the beer or whatever should have been collared immediately and hauled to jail.

Eveyone is blaming the fans for coming on the court & that is wrong I agree all bets are off, but you have to remember the players went into the stands first, & that is wrong...therefore all bets were off...making the court fair domain.

don't usually defend these overpaid and undereducated mooks too often, but Artest gave that dude that threw the cup what he deserved...period!! When players fight on the court, it is between the so players involved....there is no room for fans to get involved in any other fashion than vocally. When objects are thrown at you.....whether it be a plastic cup or whatever, I'm afraid to say you have a right to defend yourself. Where do you draw the line? if that was a rock or battery, would you say Artest had a right then? What if some guy came to your work and threw something at you....gonna turn the other cheek or confront the guy?
