Silva opens at -215. This going to be a great fight. I don't see how Silva keeps Weidman off of him. The thing that really excites me about Weidman is that every time he fights there is a huge improvement in his game. Think a bigger, more athletic Sonnen with Jitsu and a sriking game
I don't get the 160 matchups? Cain gona smash Frankenstein. Put him on his back open him up.... nothing gona change from the first fight.
Mark Hunt is tailor made for JDS...... slow, no cardio, no ground game.... no chance
too bad cain/cormier won't fight.... although i really wana see cormier/Jones for LHW title.... then maybe Jones moves up IF he wins and we really have some potential with meaningful HW super fights
If Jones were to move up the HW division would be set for years to come with big fights. I want to see Jones move up to see how big he gets. I think there will be a lot of "he's on PEDs" once he does. His body is primed to add massive amounts of muscle. I think the big thing with him is how big does he get. He may end up figuring out that his perfect weight is right where he is now based on both speed and strength.
To get a good indication of how big Jones actually is/could get you need look no further than his two brothers
Oh, I totally agree and when I say he's primed I mean he has his body in a state where it's craving for more calories so it can grow. He would probably do it at a much faster pace than most people. The problem is finding his sweet spot once he does add weight and muscle. Does he want to be one of the stronger HWs or one of the quicker? Doubt he can be both. But who knows, he is a freak of an athlete so maybe he can.
IMO the BIG money is waiting for him at HW.

was reading article talking about how in college Hendrix was apparently brash, arrogant and hated in the wrestling community and Askren was shy, reserved and popular and how there images/behavior has flipped as thet'ye become pros/older.
bottom line askren needs to fight in ufc. he's n the minors now and has no room to talk.....
btw i think IF Gsp fights Hendrix next line opens -210/180ish

I gave him credit after the Condit fight for actually fighting.....then, just when we think he's turning it up, he's back to lay and pray.
