Sorry guys, unexpectedly had to go away for a couple days and I am too old to figure out how to do this right on my phone.

I did not even get a chance to bet against them last night, but that obviously was the play. This team is in serious trouble and I have had it with Turgeon. If you follow me over the years, you know I am not a fan, but this has to stop. The man can not coach offense at all and can not even get his best team on the court. He actually makes players worse on offense. He also has been humiliated recently by two big men from his back yard, while he currently has nobody that can play in the paint.

Lines will start to adjust against them and I do not see a lot of wins in their future.

Maryland vs Illinois

Not going to do a ton of in depth analysis on this one. If there ever was a game to bet on Maryland given how they are playing right now it would be this one since Maryland has dominated this series (probably why the line has come down a little). However, this is a different year and I see nothing from this team right now that they are capable of staying in this road game. I said from the start that Maryland had a glaring hole in the middle and that they would be exposed against the more physical teams in the conference. Well, this is exactly what is happening. Michigan and Iowa killed them in the middle and I expect the same tonight. They simply have no answer for Cockburn. Illinois is very athletic and the games between these two have been great, but Maryland has to shoot the lights out to stay in the game and I just do not see that happening.

Just has to be the play until we see Maryland play a whole game. You can not overcome 5-10 minute scoring droughts every game in this conference (this is what happens when you have no inside scoring). I do not like betting against them all the time, but I have no faith in Turgeon being able to turn this around especially against teams with strong inside games, which is almost the entire Big 10.

Only thing keeping me from absolutely pounding this game is that the line is scaring me a little. I think it should be double digits. Minnesota is a great home team. They have won every game at home which includes wins over Michigan and Iowa. That is enough for me to play them today especially given how Maryland has played this year. Looks too easy for me, but I will bite.

Minnesota just sucks. Sorry, but this is not even close to a top 20 team. Have to stop betting on games where I have not seen the other team play. Just not enough time to really dig in. Sorry for any that followed. I am just off lately in everything, so I will be taking a little break.

Maryland came to play and Minnesota just showed up thinking it was an easy win. So hard to predict how motivated these kids are from game to game as Minnesota beat Michigan by almost 20 last game
