Don't be a hater. You're just pissed that my 2 examples of potentially tanked markets were LV and So Cal.
I'm hoping you're right. I sold my house at the LV peak. I'm just lying in wait now.

They predicted 11% in the inland parts of So Cal. 5-8% in the better parts. My instinct says Vegas will drop at least 10%. It could be much worse though because they overbuilt. Lots of people are eating the 5 grand deposit and pulling out of purchases.

You know, you can read these posts ad infinitum and say to yourself, they'll never top this one and "Bingo" here they come, guns blazing. Gotta love it.

I'm just trying to help Kosar cross the 6,000 yard line. ....At least we haven't mentioned Screech. ...guess I just did. Sorry.

If I made it past 100, I'd be greatful just to get ANY action - even if the lady was a mother of 59 with #60 on the way.

....Now if we had to clear out big wheels and dollhouses from the back of her mini-van, that'd be another story (Finster?)

There were no Big Wheels around; just a doll house. And to give credit to the lady, it was one nice f*cking dollhouse.

6-5, do you feel Adam and Eve are factual or myth based? While going to school I learned that two different groups of peoples had similar based stories of creation and eventually joined them as one, thus explaining the retelling of the story within a couple of chapters to satisfy both peoples. Just curious as you seem very knowledgable about the topic.

factual. kosar and smurphy, maybe you all can trade icq or msn messenger ids next time?? :s8:

of course. People lived longer back then. If you're going to believe, you can't pick and choose what you are going to believe, can you?

Not quite sure how the life expectancy went from 800 to like 30 and back to 75 or whatever.

But yeah, I agree that you can't pick and choose I guess. :SIB

Hey, don't lump me in with those atheists.

Nah, not an atheist. I just don't go to church, don't pray, don't believe the stuff in the bible happened literally, and I think organized religion of all faiths is a fraud.

I believe in a higher power of some sort and respect others right to believe as they wish. On their own. Privately. Not in my face.

Is that agnostic? I dunno, but hopefully the man/woman upstairs is a cool cat. I think we'll get along ok.

It had something to do with snakes and apples, and God focusing on just a few people. Could you imagine if you were one of just a dozen people on the planet? Your prayers would be answered super quick all the time. AND God was still new to this whole 'being god' thing. He was naive and answered all kinds of prayers that he's since grown smart enough not to. ...like "Dear God, please let me live to be 800!", just as an example.

People probably dropped down to age expt. of 35 because God felt taken advantage of with all the early crazy prayers he answered. He's calmed a bit and now we're levelling of in 70-80 range.

Good to hear that you get along with your upstairs neighbors, even though they have a cat.

Very good points here. After God got through his 'young dumb and full of cum' phase, he likely started doing business a little differently.

I respect your insight here. Nice work.

smurphy -- is this original? because it is hilarious.

Didn't read the rest of the thread. Just saw that kosar had a post and thought it would wrap up what i assume is a pretty pointless thread.

Probably not, since everything's been done before. BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW, yes. ....Can I profit from this in some way?

I don't know, but I could completely see this on stand-up.

Maybe someone should compile different threads here and give it a shot.

There has to be at least 5 or 6 people that would be at least tolerable on stage.
