I'm gonna watch it next.

And after that you better be watching John Wick, John Wick: Chapter 2, John Wick: Chapter 3 ? Parabellum, Olympus Has Fallen, Escape Room, Cabin in the Woods, Happy Death Day and My Dog Skip.

If not, hammer1 will be taking over this website.

Saw Wick 1 and 2 that's why I'm not bothering with 3. Saw Olympus, turned off Escape Room and Cabin before halfway through, no interest in Death Day, and couldn't find Skip.

I'll pretend I didn't read the above, too many tears are flowing my way:cry:

As for "My Dog Skip", I guarantee you (and anybody that likes dogs) that you will enjoy that movie. That is a -999 odds lock.

Goodfellas
(stylized GoodFellas) is a 1990 American crime film directed by Martin Scorsese, produced by Irwin Winkler and distributed by Warner Bros. It is an adaptation of the 1985 nonfiction book Wiseguy by Nicholas Pileggi, who co-wrote the screenplay with Scorsese. The film stars Robert De Niro, Ray Liotta, Joe Pesci, Lorraine Bracco and Paul Sorvino. It narrates the rise and fall of mob associate Henry Hill and his friends and family from 1955 to 1980.

Scorsese initially titled the film Wise Guy and postponed making it; later, he and Pileggi changed the title to Goodfellas. To prepare for their roles in the film, De Niro, Pesci and Liotta often spoke with Pileggi, who shared research material left over from writing the book. According to Pesci, improvisation and ad-libbing came out of rehearsals wherein Scorsese gave the actors freedom to do whatever they wanted. The director made transcripts of these sessions, took the lines he liked most and put them into a revised script, which the cast worked from during principal photography.

Goodfellas premiered at the 47th Venice International Film Festival on September 9, 1990, where Scorsese was awarded with Silver Lion for Best Director, and was released in the United States on September 19, 1990. The film was made on a budget of $25 million, and grossed $47 million. The critical consensus on Rotten Tomatoes calls it "arguably the high point of Martin Scorsese's career". The film was nominated for six Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, with Pesci winning for Best Supporting Actor. The film won five awards from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, including Best Film and Best Director. Additionally, Goodfellas was named the year's best film by various critics' groups.

Goodfellas is widely regarded as one of the greatest films ever made, particularly in the gangster genre. In 2000, it was deemed "culturally, historically, and aesthetically significant" and selected for preservation in the National Film Registry by the United States Library of Congress.[4][5] Its content and style have been emulated in numerous other films and television series.[6]

Watched all 4 episodes of 'The Night Stalker.' I thought the Bundy one was better but being near LA this one resonated more.

I watched it, as well. Really liked it.

For what it's worth, I really like these Limited Series set ups for true crime and other documentary type projects.

Even though you once trashed Bridesmaids (2011), I think you are my best bet on here for a movie watching Bellwether. Kickserv has the TV taste of an 11 year old D&D expert.

I've seen it a couple times since. Funny AF. You turned me onto Donny Darko too. I never would have given that one a try. I'm sure many more but those stand out.
