Obviously not as good as the first movie, but I still like it. I do wish the storyline could have somehow brought in Emily Blunt again.

Watching Monty Python's Life of Brian (1979)
So well done. I'm watching with the captions on and it's much better since I'm not spending half the time trying to figure out what they just said.
If you haven't seen it before. It's about a guy named Brian who's living at the same time, same place as Jesus.

Have not seen the second one since I love the original Sicario. Soooo good. Denis Villeneuve is great. Can't wait to see his version of Dune.

If anyone loves thrillers, I saw Retribution on Netflix. Great all the way thru! Just change to English subtitles.

I enjoyed the flick, I give it a 7.3 outta 10.

The words "rape" and "sexual assault" are not spoken in the film.
Probably one of the best trilogies I have seen in a very very long time.
If you haven't seen these three - you are simply missing out.
This is NOTHING like the Charlton Heston movies - nor the Planet of the Apes movie by Tim Burton with Mark Wahlberg.
This is way different. This is really one movie divided up into three.
It is compelling. It is riveting.
My reaction to each movie....
1. Rise - "Well, that was better than I thought it would be."
2. Dawn - "Holy shit that was good."
3. War - "How is no one talking about this movie? It is so captivating and thought provoking."
This is the kind of movie I really want my kids to see.

Babylon Berlin - German 3 season tv-series. Locates in 1920's Berlin and era is captured really nicely. Mainly tells about police detective, hooker and politics of the time. National trauma of the 1st WW, lurking nazism and coming 1929 german stock market crash is imo done quite well.
Music scenes include Bryan Ferry and his orchestra performing in 1920's night club, pretty cool.
