Texas is a great team, but they are nowhere near worth all the hype they get every single spanking year... UT has finished in the top 5 in the final ranking ONE TIME since 1985.

Sorry Monk but atleast my Gators have won & played for a title more recently then the Longhorns. We have a bad head coach in my opinion & we are not having a great year but I never said we were.

Atleast my team didn't choke in yet another big game & blow their shot at the title when they were one of the favorites to win it this year.

Good post. Nobody around here ever gives credit for wins against anybody. Like you said, every single team must suck. 'Oh they beat xyz, but who has xyz beat except for ypq, but who has ypq beat except for ppl, but ppl lost to juy so what does that mean '? Jeez.

And it wouldn't take a heck of a lot for Texas to end up in the NC game. Not much at all. Naturally I don't want that (unless it's against OSU), but with only a few mild upsets Texas is in there. That's more than most teams can say.
