On a side note Stuart Appelby is probablly the second hottest golfer in the world right now. Guy really came to play this year.

Hard to believe but Sabb beat Singh in 4th rd here last year and has not lost to him in 4th rd since.
However expect this should get ole Murphy on his feet. :)

Round 4 plays (1pt):

Steve Marino to beat Joe Durant -105 @ Five Dimes
Of the 191 players who have a minimum of eight 4th round scores over the past 12 months on the PGA Tour, Durant ranks 170th. Marino may not be the best finisher on Tour, but he still ranks over 1.5 shots better on Sundays

Lucas Glover to beat Angel Cabrera +110 @ Pinnacle
Cabrera was opposed in the 2nd round because of his driving accuracy problems and they have only been cured by hitting it shorter and shorter each day off the tee - yesterday he averaged just 255 yards; over 35 yards shorter than Glover. At best I'd put them as pick'em so I'll take these odds on Glover

Excellent work so far Canada Man. I do think foreign cappers have a distinct advantage over us United States guys. That being said you have been picking consistently since the Mercedes.. I'm looking forward to putting my name back into this friendly competition. :00x21

Thanks abc. I think as long as you have a computer and a t.v. it doesn't really matter where you're from when it comes to capping. ....if anything I would say you have an advantage being in the U.S. with so many more sports channels that we have no access to both on radio and T.V. On a Saturday afternoon I have a choice between curling on one sports network, and the other will probably be showing senior women's 5 pin bowling from Manitoba!! ...it's a joke here!!

Here is yesterdays broadcast schedule for our Nations Sports Channel TSN

4:00 AM Purina Show of Champions - Part II
10:00 AM Canadian Sportfishing: Trolling for Trout & Salmon
10:30 AM Motoring 2008 - Car of the Year
12:00 PM 2008 NASCAR Nationwide Series: Camping World 300
4:00 PM Curling: Scotties Tournament of Hearts
7:00 PM SPORTSCENTRE
7:30 PM Classic Boxing: Mike Tyson vs. Trevor Berbick
8:00 PM 2008 NBA All-Star Saturday Night
11:00 PM Curling: Scotties Tournament of Hearts

 ..almost makes you want to spend the day with the wife!

I was referring to the number of sportsbooks you can use. Each book offers a variety of matchups.. as well as different props i.e. scoring props, finishing props etc.

I dont watch that much golf besides the pga events..
You can go to channelsurfing.net and watch the golf if you don't get the golf channel during the week.

I do use the xm radio link on pgatour.com to hear if they have any inside info or opinions (its free).

Mickelson birdies 1 and they are off.. :0corn I took him at -200 2 days ago, would be painful if he lost.

Good win bud.. hadn't talked to you in a while around here.

Quinney is careering it on the greens, these final few holes should be interesting.

One thing I noticed about gambling and its a good a rule of thumb for life.. is keep emotions calm and stable. The people that whine about all of the bad breaks.. usually are the ones reloading accounts. (i.e. sergio at the British Open)..

If you are a solid capper and do your homework the breaks should even out. Of course 2 weeks ago I was pissed when my guy played the last 3 +4 to lose by 1 .. but that next week my guy was down 13 after rd 1 and ended up winning by 4. So .. like Mcnamee says it is what it is.

It's definitely not a sprint, but more of a marathon.
