Played for the 1st Qtr for a standard size play, not too big, because as I have stated before, this 1st Qtr trend much better at home than on the road. They didn't cover their last game on Sunday (easily could have), so maybe they bounce back with their usual strong start in Miami tonight. MIA is also fairly decent in the 1st Qtr, so another reason not to go big on this one.

Not playing this too big because Charlotte has screwed me twice on 1st Qtr plays in the last two weeks. Guess I?m just feeling burned, but I?d suggest just go ahead and play it like a normal size play if you?ve been playing these all the same. These Philly 1st Qtrs are doing great in the long run and have been money in the bank for almost 3 months.

Just a quick note...I?ve noticed that the market has begun to catch on to this run in the past week Or so, with the line moving on Philly for the 1Q in the past few games, but usually later close to tip. Today?s opened at pk but moved to -1/2 which is why I?m laying little extra vig to get the opening line. Sometimes these can come down to whether somebody can make a simple layup Or putback at the buzzer or sometimes a half/full court heave can change your fortunes in an unlucky instant. It?s always painful to be on the wrong side of the 1/2 point so always try to get the best number when possible.

DZ I?m a sixers fan and have been playing this for a few months. Another line to pay attention to is TT over in 1st. They are consistently scoring 28+
