I was going to tell you to email me and i was going to give you my number and try and help you I do a lot of business with them , or you could of wrote jack and ask for help I am sure he would of looked into it next week if you did not want to call me, but now it is to late you really screwed this up no-way i can call after you did that and posted that sorry and i doubt jack will call either now, there is a right thing to handle things and a wrong way you really went way off the course on how to handle it. Just looked at bdb post and we both are in agreement, I do not want to see you lose money if you won it, hell i want everyone to win, but you tied up lot of peoples hands who could of helped you out with your actions. if you did not say anything or send anything edit the post write jack or email me and 1 of us can find out the whole story and should be able to come to some agreement. I don't take sides and I know Jack does not either I look to see who is right and so does jack. So if you did not do what you said you did in above post edit all and contact jack monday and if he is not around you can email me and i will help you but if you don't take down what you have everyone has hands tied up, nothing can happen to pinnacle and your digging a bigger hole, sometimes mistakes are made, and that is why you handle them the right way.
Now if it was found a book messed up and would not pay jack would not have them up anymore on his site and I would not ever back that book, you need to try and undo what you did if not to late so people can help you.
and bdb is right you always should have a copy of wager because sometimes things get fouled up not many but they do and if book sees a mistake was made the top books which all on this site are, they will fix it, but that is why you make copies of wagers and write ticket number down also it takes very little time everyone should do this.
If you have not done what you said edit and people can help if you did do it then hands are tied no-one will go to bat for you.
I think I have a good grasp on sports handicapping so hope you listen and did not file something that will get you no where number one and number 2 will also get you no help. very sorry you had a problem but you need to think before you act out, like i said this is a business and you should handle it like a business threats get you no where nor does being pissed off, there are many ways to go about this and it does not happen on a weekend getting fixed, you can tell them there is a mistake and you want it logged that you have a dispute and will talk to floor manager on monday. then you go from there.
Right now your putting yourself in a corner where no one can help you or would even try by posting stuff like that. and has nothing to do with you as a person but you just really messed up something that could of been fixed very easy or a agreement could of been reached books do want people to be happy they are not out to rip you off the big books make sure small new books don't mess up and try and take money because it makes them all look bad, have not had a major problem off shore for 4 years and the big books all came to aid and paid off clients of the book who stole all the cash and ran, so books watch books so that is why you talk and then ask others for help.
good luck I will help you and i know jack will also if you have not done what you said you did if you did kiss any chance of money good bye and won't hurt pinnacles rep because they are one of the top players all it will do is get you shut out from all communications with them and banned for life. A book does not need to steal hell they make money hand over foot offshore makes vegas look like kiddie land when it comes to amount of people and money taken in on sports.
so listen what I say if your smart and take down that shit if you did not try and file something useless to start with against a offshore book and you can then get some help but if you already did it i hate to say it but you screwed yourself of getting anything fixed. Sorry you had a problem just wish you would of ask for help from jack or others before you made the wrong move like you said you did.

BDB I am with you I can't understand anyone who would not copy wagers and log ticket number also. never know when a pc system can make a mistake rare but happens and if no proof of what you had hard to work it out.
