To retrieve ticket and its number all you have to do is click upon your browsers back button.

That is...IF you didn't shutdown your computer or close the browser's page used when placing the wager.

Note to Pinnacle customers...I have heard players previously complain about Pinnacle voiding wagers without notifying them (by email) that their wager was cancelled and removed from their pending status folder.

However, the monies from the cancelled wager are immediately returned to player's balance.

Hope this helps good luck.

You work in IT, then you know they shouldnt just be searching the bet log, they say they record all movements, but have told another party that I was not even in the soccer area- which is false as I had a wager on Arsenal time out on me as I waited to long to decide, then placed the wager on Chelsea a bit later.

You must know there is no real failsafe, only .5 -1.5 % so many millions, but it happens. The server sends a page, and yes does not record it log it or nothing.

Also I have no idea what system they use at all nor do you. If the searcher does not know what to look for its all pretty useless.

Please send me the measley 400 bucks as it means nothing to you.

Why do you make statements about a IT group you nothing about, they cant pull up the info or dont know how to.

Mabey they send the logs to you, you'll know what to look for. I'm serious, I'd be satisfied if they sent logs to you, and you say nothing wrong. Just somebody independant to look.

Not every single error of course, theres bound to be some normal ones, but a time gap, tcp problems, udp checksums all of a sudden, whatever, or a lack of material that looks like it should be there. Mabey they run .Net with a buggy program, I dont know could be many things as you know.

I'VE BEEN WITH PINNACLE THREE YEARS, I HAVE MADE 300 PLUS WAGERS A MONTH, AND NEVER, I MEAN NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. MAYBE YOU POSTED A BASEBALL GAME AND ONE OF THE LISTED PITCHERS DID NOT START. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE WIN THEN

Hope you did well on your wagers, and I also had never had a problem. Had many bets not go through for lots of reasons and I recognize the various screens very well.

Probably nothing will ever come of it, but it never hurts to try.

Looks like no one else on this forum has had any problems and thats a good thing.

Just to update, I'm told there is no record of a failed wager I placed on Arsenal a bit before I placed my Chelsea wager.

So either I made this whole thing up or there system doesnt record quite like some believe, or they dont want to admit any error, they took there time getting back to me on that so it was either well looked at or well thought about as to response or both.

Not into conspiracy theory's or such, I never thought they deliberately tried to defraud me. I just thought it was there mistake and they should make it right.

I cant stay angry to long and have no desire to fill out endless paper work anymore. I was prepared to lose the stake in any case, so I'll just have to look at it as a push.

By the way had Liverpool today -1 at -110 just missed -107 but the odds changed while submitting. Go figure. Yes they won 2 - 0.
