My book didn't pay up for under play. Is this normal? Do other books do it this way?
But he sure counted my small braves play as a loss:shrug:

Either way big day:00hour

yeah i feel the same way dude. i had the same exact thing. its a new rule implemented this baseball season where if the home team is winning after 4.5 innings its considered fair game reguardless of why it was cancelled. Totals only count after 9 innings or if home team is winning after 8.5. suckkkkssssss if you ask me. lol o well nice call mindframe regardless!

This is the biggest bs of all time... If major league baseball counts this is an official game than so should vegas.. And I honestly was thinking bout changing it to under first half after checking the weather report but I had no clue that books adapted this rule this year!!??

yeah vegas does.....only with the side which is even more bs b/c if thats the case then why have the option of 1st 5 for a side you know what im saying. sometimes sides are picked due to bullpen play not starting pitchers but nonetheless nothing we can change about it. lets get it today mindframe. bol my dude

Toronto +131

Beckett gets hammerd by the Blue Jays...The four best bats on the Jays ( Hill , Lind, Wells, Snider) all have an ops above 1.000 against him. Last season his era was 10.45 vs the jays and he allowed 5 hrs in 10 1/3 innings. :scared

Beckett is also coming off a start where he got ruffed up for 7 runs in 7 innings with 5 walks allowed.

cleveland +176

Weaver is a fly ball pitcher, he already has given up 5 hrs this year...and Indians power hitters have a nice history vs him. Way to expensive to back weaver in this situation. Granted I wont be surprised If Angels win...but see alot of value in fading Weaver today at this price.

Giants +140
Phillies have more trouble vs lefties than righties...Not that they really have any trouble vs anyone the way they hit but still. I got to back Sanchez at this price with public all over Phillies and Halladay.

Latos coming off seven shutout innings versus the Giants, Not only are the Marlins struggling against right-handers with a .706 OPS which is 22nd in mlb ..but they also strike out often against righties, with the fourth-highest total in the majors.

This is a gut call and hate going against my boy Johnson but at this price Latos is talented enough to gamble on

First losing day of the year...it happens...Tried to get cute with some dogs and ended up getting bit..... knew Blue Jays would get to Beckett but didnt expect them to give up 13 runs...crazy game...if they win that at least I split and still profit
..Toronto's lineup has some pop.. and That will probably be the last time I go against my boy josh Johnson...12 ks...in 9 innings is just straight domination...well At least San Fran came to play...Phillies was the most popular pick in mlb today...figures...

We WILL get it back..

Rockies -204

Ubaldo has started off the season with four straight wins, no home runs allowed and a 0.95 ERA, His 12 walks in 28 1/3 innings shows me hes not perfect but He does have a career 2.75 ERA and 1.15 WHIP in eight starts against the Arizona Diamondbacks, so Jimenez could easily make it five consecutive wins. No team in the league strikes out more often than the D-backs which should only help our boy Ubaldo.

Twins -103

Verlander has been awful and while facing mediocre offenses to this point. I doubt the fact that he's coming off a 125-pitch outing against the Los Angeles Angels will help him, not exactly the best setup for a comeback.

The icing on the cake is The Minnesota Twins have traditionally blasted Verlander; the team is slugging .511 off him lifetime and he had a 5.20 ERA against them in four starts last season.

Sidenote- I am hoping the old Verlander will come back soon and at a nice price....he has always kind of been this way, he has a career 5.22 ERA in April but a very nice 2.78 ERA in May.

Texas -145

Facing the Toronto Blue Jays at home and the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox on the road and only giving up 3 runs in those 3 games is very impressive.
C.J. Wilson should do even better versus the Chicago White Sox, who are batting a weak .219 against lefties this season. Guess its always good to have a guy like Nolan Ryan watching your bullpen sessions. Only thing that worries me with this one is the Rangers are not an offensive powerhouse so far this year they rank in the bottom third in OPS, and are even worse against lefties -- and Buehrle actually has a pretty good history vs them. Even in Arlington he has pitched well, with a 3.62 ERA and 1.04 WHIP in six lifetime appearances.

GOOD LUCK BUDS
