I just reread my texts that go back quite a few years. He constantly checked in on me, my wife and my son. The last text I got was from the Super Bowl.

There are MJ'ers that love Steve and are heart broken right now. That's the group I'm in. My thoughts are with you guys.

Update

He's a tough dude.

He can squeeze his left hand and wiggle his left toe. Later today they are going to test without the ventilator and decide if they will remove the breathing tube already. They are weaning him of the pain meds. Case manager already said that rehab may only last for 3 weeks.
