USA !

The Americans are playing the best right now. If they survive the weather, the U.S. should bring the cup home.

500 to win 675 on the "yanks"

Best resouce I could come up with for ryder is doubles involving Euro in ryder and place odds on players generally too short to bet pre touney--just about doubles their regular place odds. Have Euro with a few of the gals--couldn't see any clear cut favs on pga.

Well I waited and got a bump in the Line. I will go with Team USA +1.35. I like the fact Tiger is Pissed and the Team is behind him. OK, they better be...I wonder how many Times we hear, Eye of the Tiger.

Well, if I think the USA is going to Win, I have to take the Lead Team.

Woods/Furyk OV/Harrington/Monty-1.75

Will take one other Play.

Mickelson/Dimarco OV/Clarke/Wes-1.35

The last two are mighty tough Plays form the USA, I see them as close, very close for the USA to pull out. I like my money here.

This is really when the Madjacks Team is split, I promise not to jump up and down and cross your line.

Can't wait

Lot of juice, but I've got to lay it...

Woods/Furyk -175 ov Monty/Harrington

Think Tiger and Furyk know it's imperative they get the US started. Maybe Harrington feels ithe pressure being one of the home country heroes.

Hope everyone enjoys the matches.

My 2 cents

My 2 cents

"I would normally agree with you guys about the Euros but this is the year the Americans switch it IMO. I love Tom Lehman as a captain, and the things he has done with the team. The US has more camaraderie than ever before, and Tiger Woods has developed a love and appreciation for this event. He has even stepped up as a leader, something he said was uncomfortable for him in the past mainly because of age. But now Tiger s viewed as a veteran and doesn't have to worry about stepping on anyones toes. I would think, that he will instill considerable confidence and excitement in the team."

Really agree with everything that Agent says here - always ready to oppose the US in the Ryder Cup, esp when the odds are good, but to me there is a different feel to this one - think the Americans are sick and tired of being dominated and will really relish the role of underdog

Like the fact that Phil has gotten away a little bit and "LOVE' the fact that the golfer I hate the most in the world is no longer a part of the US squad ; )

Think the new blood will breathe life into the US and just feel like the Americans finally care about getting after this thing

Will be odd cheering on the US as I have bet on the Euros every year since I can remember

5 Units USA + 135

GL all and happy viewing,

LA Burns

gonna play some fourballers Friday morning matchups. goin against the grain but I am not buying the hype. this euro squad is solid, maybe the best ever which amounts to nothing unless they win. i will take the value over the hype. talk is talk but performing is another and the big guns for the u.s. have been suspect to say the least. cloudy, rain and wind also which has to favor the euros. might be a crap shoot just hoping not to seven out.

Montgomerie & Harrington vs Woods & Furyk

Montgomerie & Harrington +212 100/212
Montgomerie & Harrington halved match +650 50/325

Garcia & Olazabal vs Toms & Wetterich

Garcia & Olazabal -142 284/200

Clarke & Westwood vs Mickelson & DiMarco

Clarke & Westwood +128 100/128

interesting article

"Boylesports had Europe as a very slight 5-to-6 pick to win as of Thursday afternoon. The Americans pay 5-to-4 if they win.

Also, a customer at London-based William Hill placed what the bookmaker said was the world's biggest-ever golf bet - wagering almost $467,000 (247,000 pounds) on the United States to win at 6-to-5 odds."

Does anyone know

Does anyone know

if there is any live coverage in the States? Watching this on tape-delay is basically unacceptable, esp when ESPN is running updated scores on their f'n ticker

Any help would be sincerely appreciated

Alternate Shot Matches

Cink/Toms OV/Howell/Henrick-1.20
Mickelson/Dimarco OV/Westwood/M-1.50

Missed out on the Woods/Furyk Play. Early matches going 1-1 but Europe sitting at 2.5 to 1.5

I also hate the Tape delay as I'm following via the net. They could be Live right NOW
