I just saw that admin took down the ATS Lock plays from earlier??? I saw that on another forum where plays were removed due to pending litigation. I wonder if they are doing that here agian??

Someone like SSTM should post certain plays at TAS LOX. By coincidence they have the same plays today hint hint. They find em by the search function so from now on we all just want TAS LOX plays.:SIB

MMST...

MMST...

I saw this on another site and the plays from another capper were permanantly removed. I wonder if this is the same thing here since it is done by the request of the owner.

Also, I kinda disagree with your last post because I am a financial advisor with UBS (plug plug) and I wouldnt want anyone giving out my advice for free since it is how I make a living. But I do like getting the plays...my take.

This has been discussed ad naseum thru out many forums. The only legal recourse they have is to claim copywright enfringement if write-ups are posted. They can't copywright a pick.

You are absolutely correct. If I purchase their picks
(which I do) I now own them and can broadcast them to the world. I did not enter into any agreement with them when I joined their service that I would not relay their picks to anyone else. Their only recouse of course is that if they find out I am doing this they can cancel my membership. Then the fun would begin as I would as for a pro-rata refund.

Gunner...as long as you didnt sign anything than do it. Screw them! As long as there arent any kind of "user terms" in print than I would post anything...

It took me a minute, but I'm sure I can do that if MADJACK does not object.

I understand Jacks concern as well, although as a legal student I disagree (personally that is, for the record, as none of us who have not passed the bar are allowed to give legal advice, and for the record -I AM NOT)

Jack doesn't want any hassles he doesn't need. We all know who MMST posts. He just just post his OWN plays BLIND each day as his special "LOX" plays. One thing I seriously doubt (again just my personal opinion), is that there is any law prohibiting sharing the same opinion.

MM-give us your opinion on this idea. Thx.:SIB

Can we unban Giants 007? The guy works his tail off to supply the board with service picks. His efforts are worth some coin IMO. I know his temper flares, but who's doesn't at times. I also can't believe people are crucifying him because his line is off.

I like viewing the service picks and when they match my own picks, they might become a play. :00hour

Now I am not a law student but I would think that after a while when admin sees that the plays he posts are always the same as ATS' real plays, then you can throw coincedence out the window...again just my thought...
