Have been trying a system for the past couple months taking the over 1s parlayed in the 1st halves of some games. This has resulted in some pushes reducing the plays to 2 teameers or even single plays but not too many loses and definitely in the positive. Thought I would share plays here and also maybe get some insight.

Liverpool Ov1.5 -110 First half (may throw small amount on game also Ov 3.5, this line smells to me so
will likely go with it)

Pk - Interesting idea. Will give it some more thought. Initial thought is that is always tough to hit any 3-teamer. Also have many first half draws. In addition, you have 3 games that have an average ML of -150. Did you take the time to go through all the numbers? Personally, I do not parlay that often, but that is just a personal preference after lessons learned after many years of betting. It is always tempting to parlay larger minus numbers, but in my opinion, it tends not to pay off over time. Best of luck, I will keep an eye on how it does as I watch all the Bundesliga games.

I like this idea a lot. 5Dimes doesn't offer all those first half totals, however. Nor does WagerWeb who uses more Asian lines. Which site do you use

Bason, I believe he's only using FH totals over 1. 1.5 would be out as you can always push and reduce with 1.

Bason definitely respect the thoughts of you and PittKid. I really got into playing soccer following u guys and you have helped me make a nice bankroll. As Vigorous said I try to stick with 1st half 1s therefore only way to lose is a 0-0 halftime draw. Do see many 1-0 as I mentioned which reduces payouts but does not lose them. My exception is the French games as I have found 0-0 to be quite common. I have even begun to take the under 1s in that league. I usually find the lines falling between -130 to -150.

Vigorous I use a local guy who has his own website. Only offers 1st half lines on the major leagues and Champion league games

I got it Vig, will be interesting to watch. I also can't parlay the first halve lines. I used to be able to do anything with my locals (yes, I am old and still have a locals), but they all stopped taking my soccer bets after the Euros this summer! After then, I have had to go to the online world which I just don't trust that much.

I only see Spurs or Monaco realistically winning this group because Bayer Lev has to go to Spurs and Moscow which is always tough..

Unless somehow one of these teams do not win (which can happen but dont see it) Im scoooping minimum .5* or max 3.5* to the good. Risk VS reward might say not worth it ybut when in my spot, why not.

MLS

I have two already posted but with value Im going to add a couple futures here. If we bang one were good.

Seattle 1* to win 50* (got two games in hand and if make playoffs its anyone's game)
Toronto 1.5* to win 12*

With the MLS there is a chance to hedge for a nice payoff with some of these if we get right situations. Just have to make playoffs and we have a shot.. much like Portland last year and other teams previously who weren't best in regular season

so I made 4 MLS futures, orlando already was added to total a few weeks back.. 3 of the 4 teams left I have to win it all. Obviously I want seattle to win. I have montreal as a nice pay out but dont see them surviving Toronto after giving up 2 late away goals...

I could use some advice on seattle game tomorrow. As I said above I have them pending 1* to win 50* in future. I was thinking I have the following options:

1) let the game play out and hope seattle advance
2) bet colorado for whatever amount...
3) something else?

Kid, my 2 cents is thus. Always hedge, UNLESS you know....I mean know with supreme certainty you don't need to. I hedged this week when my 7 team parlay came down to the last game. Good thing I did...

Like Hertha Berlin at home this morning Even. They have not lost at home and I think Mainz is out of gas after all the games they played. Good value on the line to me in this one. Will likely play Schalke smaller on the GL as Darmstadt is terrible on the road and Schalke is in good form.

Kid - You know I am not a big fan of hedging especially when the risk is very small. That being said, it's an easy hedge to get you bet back plus a little on Colorado +115 at home. All they (and Toronto) need is a 1-0 home victory to advance. I would only play it small to ensure you get your bet back. If you play it bigger and Seattle advances you are only cutting into potential winnings in the final where you have legitimate money making hedging opportunities.
