They played like they did against Bolivia. Not a lot of scoring chances, but lots of possession. I am in on the HT bet.

Brazil is going to fuck me... gonna lose a ton on this... bad luck, just like my bad luck in Louisville in college world Series , had them parlayed with Brazil today , just suspended the game so that only leaves Brazil for that

There is zero chance this US team wins the Gold Cup. I?d take a shot on Bermuda before them. And, yes, they?ll probably win 4-0 against this semi pro team.

I?m drunk but quick glance when ball is deflected the passing player goes off the field and the keeper comes forward so there?s not two behind the next Brazil player who touches the ball.. I can explain better tomorrow or bason May but var still
Sucks ... if keeper is out still need last ?2? defenders

Ps i didnt analyze it super close cause I can?t in my state lol

Not trying to re-live it , just like to know the ruling if I'm wrong.
Passing player going off the field matters ? passing it backwards ? I always thought it all hinges around when the ball was passed ?
I am assuming the other team striking/touching the ball wouldn't come into play with offside.
Sounds like , even after the keeper touches it ... still need last "2" defenders ?
Enjoy your evening :toast: . Clear up my confusion tomorrow.

Just looked again , about the 2:38 mark shows a great look at keeper touching and 2 last defenders .

I think they called a handball on Firmino after the goalie touched it to call off the last goal. I can not find any other reason not to allow it. It was a really bad game. South American football can just be brutal to watch at time. Brazil really did not do much at all out of play other than the three VAR calls. VAR can work, but they have no idea how to use it. It is used so differently all over the place. You can not micro manage the game which is what most VAR is doing especially in the Womens WC. The irony is that the Men's WC used it well. I was convinced it would be a disaster but they did much better than I thought, but it has only gotten worse from there. They are hurting the game and have to figure out the best way to use it. It would be much easier if they would adjust some antiquated rules, particularly offsides and handballs. Also, I am a firm believer that not all fouls in the box should be a penalty, but will leave that for another day.

Women?s

Argentina has proved me wrong ,think Scotland has also had a good showing . With that said i think getting Argentina +1.5 is a steal .. I?m pretty sure every team shutout in first 2 games have scored in 3rd so far..

Argentina +1.5 20* to win 10*
Argentina fh +.5 7.5* to win 5*
Argentina TT over .5. 5.6* to win 4*
Argentina PK 2* to win 6*

Keep up the great picks. Tailing you on almost everything. But this. Not thrilled by what I?ve seen from Scotland, but I?m dying on the mountain of ?Argentina is awful?. It?s cost me dearly so far. But, now that arg actually needs to score to advance maybe they attempt to leave their half of the pitch and get exposed? Or they try to get a point and leave the tourney with 2 more points than they deserve.
