What a joke!! I mean one early one is no big deal, but 3 in the first half hour :facepalm: I played the over too thinking if West Brom were to win it would be high scoring, but I didn't imagine it going this way.
Sorry guys didn?t see any of the games on the bus heading back home.. Other team came to play today, they played tough and very hard. It?s a rivalry game.. they didn?t have any real scoring chances but played great. We got a PK with about 10 left and buried it for the 1-0 win .. sets up a massive showdown Tuesday

Soccer 2020 August-December
So, tomorrow is the first of two huge showdowns not only in our classification for prob the top 2 teams but the same conference as well.. it?s a huge game but obviously not end of world for either with many games to go plus playoffs plus we see them last regular season game of year at our place. Tomorrow we are at their place, 5 pm kickoff high tomorrow is 57 and 70% rain.. I?d imagine that bothers our possession with being on grass and possibly muddy slick field., but both teams have to play on same field so it is what it is.. they have 3 great forwards one is D1 who scored 64 goals as a freshman at a public school and was recruited last year and now in her junior year.. we did a walk through tonight after some possession stuff on our practice grass field to prepare ..Ive watched 3 other games this year on film and I think we?re ready but like I said the bad thing is we?re in the same conference as probably the other best team in our district the good thing is we get to see them twice in the regular season to make adjustments if need be and I like my chances if we lose tomorrow making the necessary adjustments needed and even if we lose the second game we?re going to see them in district playoffs and like I said only one team from each district go to the states this year so it?s all about winning the district championship and it?s hard as hell to beat a team three times especially when both are top-quality.. so. The bad news is we?re in the same conference as the top team as of now the good news is I get to see them twice in person before playoffs and maybe throw a curveball come playoff time at them .. we?ll see..
For anyone interested this should be the link to their broadcast , kickoff is at 5.. .. i think were ready, as i?ve said they?re the defending conference champion, district champion and lost in the state semi finals last year in OT.. either way the result goes i told the girls both teams will make adjustments before next match and even though losing would be disappointing still a long season ahead.

In case anyone cares, this was their girl who is D1 winning free kick in double OT to win district championship last year .. who was recruited as was 4-5 of their starting 11 but that?s the hand we?re dealt in PA as bason knows.. and we have to elevate our game. Like i said I?ve taken pride in what we?ve built as a public school which would make winning games like this even more meaningful for me/us
