Pickles came today :00hour Stopped and grabbed a 36'er on the way home too. I might not be fit to be around till Sunday. :facepalm:

ok, so the spears are very, very good...
lots of flavor soaked in, even with half of the rind on the spear...
1 gallon only made 2.5 quarts, b/c I jammed those jars full..
so I have 2 full spear jars, and 1 spear/chip jar...
FDC, you got all chips, b/c the spears were not cool enough from canning to mail...
so if you are interested in spears, get 'em now, althought they won't go out till following week...

also, I stated after the very first batch that I didn't think they were very 'hot'. Not sure what is different with the recent bact I got, but I get the spice now that everyone else was talking about. Not overwhelming and I'm not sweating like Jack, but it is a better mix.
