I like the size of the cut, if I want it smaller I can cut it myself, however I cant make a larger cut. I made the tunafish with them last night and diced them fine, and it was fantastic. I did get a couple really small ends that carried a PUNCH, almost made me pull a MADJACK, sweat at the table.
