I'm still wondering why SPITS hasn't come analyzing and making excuses!! Oh well.

What a bunch of losers in booing. Last year the fans stood in the stands and watched admirably!! FUCK DETROIT!! WHERE THE FUCK IS "SPITS"? NOWHERE NOW!!

Lee....congrats.....I haven't had internet access since Friday morning....I was at the game and was able to garner my way on to the ice following the trophy presentations. I have some nice pics on the ice of Lemieux, Crosby, Fleury and Guerin that I can send your way if interested.

Just for the record, I am not a Wings fan. I am actually an Oilers fan.

However, I follow the Wings closely since I live nearby and attend many games.

Pittsburgh deserves full credit for the victory and the determined play of their team in Games 6 and 7. Their defensive play in particular and blocked shots was particularly impressive.

However, let's also not ignore the facts. Several of Detroit's top players had significant injuries that curtailed their effectiveness. Not saying there weren't Pittsburgh guys banged up as well, but in the end Detroit wasn't able to overcome injuries to top-end guys like Lidstrom, Datsyuk amd Rafalski.

Regardless, Pittsburgh are deserving champs given their run ever since Therien was canned and Bylsma came in.

Enjoy!

Nothing to analyze...Pens were deserving. They made history coming back from 2-0 down and winning a Game 7 on the road.

Despite injuries, that is still a situation Detroit is expected to win and Pittsburgh was flat out better.

That being said, if we want to have a real argument, it would be whether Gretzky was better than Lemieux or whether Paul Coffey was better as an Oiler or Penguin :D

I was disappointed I didn't win my series wager, but trust me when I say I could care less whether the Wings won....to be honest, I am glad I don't have to here the many fans in my area brag.

Lee...pics are still on my phone, but eventually I'll get them on to my computer and I'll send them over.

I was ecstatic when Hossa passed on the $81 million from Katz in Edmonton. Just hoping he doesn't receive a second offer from my team.

I'm also a Michigan football season ticket holder.....hope RichRod gets this team going in the right direction this fall so we can contend in 2010.
