Although they went under investigation, their was never a formal response for it to come back into trading from SEC. Not sure what that means or if the investigation is still going on. Right after suspension, Pike, LLC comes in and buys millions of stock... interesting! Also, besides Marketing still being done by them as with new marketing agreements, Charlotte Bobcats, Sears.Kmart now online and in Catalogs, Canadian MLB broadcasts... it seems business as usual. AAPEX Show and SEMA in Vegas at current, maybe Jack can run over and take a picture of their booths!!! :0corn

Also new website additions (graphics) now tout their Sales Dollars and Profits, from which were under investigation, why would that be posted... after a fraud investigation based on false numbers... if they weren't true. Would they be that STUPID, or is it the truth?? They have complained about NSS, is it true on such a massive level. I believe it could be.

Letting it all playout, obviously because I believe the company, certainly hope I am on the right side of this debacle!!!:shrug: :box2:

Thanks for the update. I am stuck in this one also. Not as much as you but enough to hurt. Between this and Google stealing ONT I don't think I can trust the SEC again. They seem to work for everybody except the shareholders. Different regime, no change. It is a disgrace. Let's hope we get out of this one.

This is why you can't just ignore news. I didn't realize they had reported bad earnings and was not prepared for this fall.

Why the big rise last couple of weeks if SRZ was coming out with bad earnings? Manipulation? SEC, does it even exist? By the way I sold my SRZ before the rapid rise so not sour grapes. Just a legit comment. This is happening too much these days.

They expired quite a bit of debt by selling some properties and I think some news on restructuring the debt they had.
