RIMM turned green for me for a couple minutes today. tomorrow starts the party 
gonna sell my 5000 shares of SWHC soon at a $5000+ loss but immediately buy it back in my IRA acct. That way I get to take the tax loss and buy back w/o having to wait. then, next year when SWHC finally recovers for me and i make the profits, i won't have to pay taxes

Yep, still holding it and expecting (with absolutely no choice) a relisting and hopeful profits. I mean hoping for hopefull profits. Once 10k is out, we shall see, but I hope the finding was not lies, and other supported issues. Some lawsuits are out there on behlf of SPNGE, so hard to figure out the answers as to what is reality in this investment!!!
Diversify, or enjoy the ride:nono: . Albeit my ride is not over, I would chose with a clearer mind, divirsification! :SIB
Hope all is well, and within a few more weeks, I will start to get a regular, non-travel type schedule and get more into my role.

PS: Monday night was at the dome, and I haven't heard that place rock like that since the 87 World Series I went to!! What a blast! Trying to get tickets for the Twins closing of the Metrodome on Sunday (I think they get swept!)
