Subway suspends relationship with pitchman Jared Fogle after raid at home

The government has agreed not to seek a sentence of more than 12? years in prison, and Fogle has agreed not to ask for less than five years, according to the documents, which say Fogle will plead guilty to one count of traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography.




His possible sentence 5-12 1/2 yrs. something is not right, for admitting that he ask for under age girls & had sex.
I don't have names but we've had teachers in MI having sex with students & getting 10-25 yrs. Also people selling weed to minors getting all day sentences. What a system !

I'm not quite sure how or why that applies. So because their hands were dirty on specific cases they are dirty for all cases? Because there is police misconduct in some cases, all arrests are improperly done? Because some teachers are child molesters, all teachers are child molesters?
