I guess it's a victory in the sense the prosecutors were recommending 12 but I would have liked to see the judge slap him with a 20-30 year sentence. Sick fuck.

Ok. So I watched the whole video.

He had 14 victims. And the woman who heroically outed him to the FBI recorded all of his conversations and those conversations plus the number of victims makes him a complete and total monster. He needed life in prison. Hopefully he is put through the ringer in prison.

Prosecutors laid out why his child porn conviction is so heinous ... there was an enormous amount of child porn in the various devices of Fogle and Russell Taylor, including 5.6 terabytes of data. There were 16 smart phones, 6 laptops, 22 DVDs, 159,634 text messages, 3,394 videos and 47,623 pictures.


If they sentenced him to death - would anyone here not be okay with that?

I'd like to see him get the max, 50 years. They won't execute him but it would be all right with me. As for him getting about 16 years I'm happy about that because the prosecutors only wanted 12 but the judge made an example of him (but she could have given him more time).

You do realize he's going to be in a country club prison? I would stick him in the worst prison possible if I were the judge.

If anyone else did this without the resources (money) he had, they would get much more time.
