The Steak Downstairs at Binions Jackson was the " $2 Natural " baked tater n Salad , The best deal in Vegas since Fer Ever.

Oh, I forgot all about that steak special!....It ran from about 11pm to 4am. It cost around $4 when I was gobbling it down back the early 90s, and folks said by then the quality had slipped a lot.

To find the entrance to that downstairs cafe, you had to walk thru the Binion's casino, past the big horseshoe-shaped plexiglas case holding $1 million in $10,000 bills. As a souvenir of your trip to Fabulous Las Vegas you could have a free photo of yourself taken with this lucky horseshoe. I can't find mine now....

The best 'steak deal' I've been getting in recent years was the various prime rib specials I saw around Fremont Street, or down street at the El Cortez.
