Buy some quality steaks (we prefer delmonicos). Slather them with olive oil. Give them a generous dose of salt,pepper and Montreal seasoning. Fire up your charcoal grill and wait until the coals turn nice and white and have about a 700* temp. Spray the cold grate with butter Pam spray and throw the cow on. Place the grate with the prepared cow on the inferno. Have your tongs ready because this doesn't take long. Cook about 90 seconds on each side to sear lightly coat the steak with Heinz original BBQ sauce and cook an additional 90 sec on each side (depending on how thick the steak is and how you like them done). Enjoy and thank me later.
